During coaching, Santana was open to any topic I'd like to explore, which felt welcoming and refreshing -- as someone who recently worked with a career coach, I wasn't used to this choice! I followed my intuition and gained so many new gifts in that hour-long coaching call. Santana helped me to learn how to listen to myself, share what's on my mind freely (without self-editing), and sit with feelings that may be uncomfortable (at first). I left with a little more compassion toward myself, and a helpful activity to practice that week ("The Four Questions"). Santana knows of my ADHD challenges and encouraged me to add a reminder to my calendar if it'd be helpful -- and I did just that at the end of the session.
